<br />Outside Agencies/Human Services <br /> <br />Program informationPage 19 of 30 <br />olds served from the actual results of FY20‐21 of 310, to 510 <br />for FY 22‐23. <br /> <br />Program Goal # 2 <br /> <br />Participate in town/countywide efforts to coordinate <br />programming across all nonprofits, promoting life‐long <br />learning and diversity <br />Performance Measure <br />(How will you accomplish your goal?) <br />Ensure that Museum activities are coordinated and <br />synergistic with those of the rest of the nonprofits; Actively <br />participating in tourism and heritage events throughout the <br />town and county, including during the planning process; <br />Collaborate on, or participate in, at least 4 town or county‐ <br />wide events, including but not limited to Rev War Living <br />History Day, holiday festivities or other local festivals, <br />and/or interagency loans/exhibits/programs; Provide space <br />for the Chapel Hill Historical Society to present their <br />collections at our site. <br />Actual Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY2021 <br />The Museum took part in 6 town‐wide events to support <br />overall tourism offerings, including: Halloween weekend <br />programs in 2020, the virtual Holiday parade of December <br />2020, Last Friday Art Walks in 2021, Revolutionary War <br />Living History Day in May 2021, and 2 summer Lunch and <br />Learn programs with The Alliance for Historic Hillsborough. <br />A Management Services Agreement was in effect between <br />the Museum and the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough – to <br />ensure continuity of purpose and shared objectives and <br />events. <br />Projected Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY2022 <br />By the end of FY 21‐22, the Museum will have participated <br />in more than 6 collaborative events, including: Last Friday <br />Art Walks, OCPL Storybook walk summer of 2021, <br />collaboration on a walking tour with The Alliance connected <br />to our ‘Date Night’ exhibit, merchant Trick or Treating, <br />participation in the holiday parade and wreath walk, <br />providing crafts for the Solstice Lantern Walk of 2021, Rev <br />War Living History Day in early 2022, and the Historical <br />Hillsborough Weekend planned for June of 2022. The <br />Chapel Hill Historical Society will have installed their first <br />items in the gallery by early 2022.
