This drop down menu isn’t working for me anymore <br />If you selected other, please tell us what function area best aligns with your organization: <br /> <br /> <br />Please indicate three program goals/performance measures below. <br />A few notes: <br />● If you use percentages, please put the actual number equivalence. <br />● Please ensure your performance measures are outcome based and not outputs. <br /> <br />Program Goal # 1 Provide free educational history and heritage opportunities to <br />the public. <br />Performance Measure <br />(How will you accomplish your <br />goal?) <br />Goals to provide free educational history and heritage <br />opportunities will be accomplished by: presenting two special <br />exhibits during the FY, designed to enhance the historical <br />scope of the permanent gallery and represent the County <br />community; Hosting and/or presenting at least 6 free <br />programs; Developing a family‐centered gallery to bolster <br />opportunities for children, especially ages Pre‐K and K, to <br />improve their education outcomes and have access to early <br />childhood learning experiences (making the Museum the only <br />location in Orange County to offer permanent history themed <br />learning opportunities for children); Providing gallery space for <br />the Chapel Hill Historical Society to display their items as a <br />new permanent Museum exhibit. <br /> <br />Tracking of the amount of gallery and programs offerings, <br />physical and virtual visitor numbers, demographics, and other <br />analytics will measure how well we perform in providing these <br />free educational opportunities. <br />Actual Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY2021 <br />Two exhibits were displayed, ‘Yésah: Journeys of the <br />Occaneechi’, and ‘Date Night: Orange County Fashion, Food <br />Music, & Fun’, both featuring community involvement. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 5AAC61C4-23A4-4ADC-A331-E65EC6A2C579
