2 <br />Cost Proposal <br /> <br />The level of effort in reviewing and preparing for the various meetings is hard to predict with <br />certainty, so we recommend that we bill you based on our actual time, up to a cap of $15,000. <br />That cap would provide sufficient time to support the scope of work described above and <br />provides some additional headroom in case any additional needs arise during the process. <br />Below is a table of our billable rates by staff category.
