August 5, 2022 Tom Altieri Orange County Planning Supervisor Via Email Dear Mr. Altieri, It has been our privilege to support the County during the recent Orange County Transit Plan process and thank you for contacting us to continue that support. We understand you are interested in continuing support during the three-party review and approval process for the plan. We understand that County staff will lead the Transit Plan Update through the approval process after or concurrent with the Governance Study and Implementation Agreement, likely starting in early November and continuing through January 2023. Our team can assist with the various meetings to review the plan by the various bodies. We have the capacity and staff to support your needs with Scudder Wagg being the lead, as during our previous work, and PJ Houser as lead technical staff, continuing the support she provided during the planning process. This proposal outlines our scope of work and proposed fee for the work. JWA will aid the review and approval process for the TP Update with attendance at up to 8 meetings to be attended virtually to support the County staff in presenting on the Transit Plan Update and answer technical or financial questions. We presume some preparation for these meeting may be needed and will budget 12 hours of Project Manager time and 4 hours of technical staff time to support these meetings.
