ATI 081121 <br />ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Suite 27 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />THIS REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date between Orange County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (“County”), and Institute of Art Therapy dba Art Therapy Institute, (“Licensee”). <br />Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, County licenses Licensee, and Licensee accepts from County, the right to access <br />property referred to as the Premises, all as follows: <br />1.OVERVIEW AND DEFINITIONS <br />a.Licensee’s Notice Address: <br />b.County’s Notice Address: <br />c.Premises: <br />200 N. Tryon Street <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />With a copy to: <br />Katie Murray <br />Arts Commission Director <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Box 27 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Assigned Area—Studio Space A, located within the Eno Arts Mill Studios. <br />d.Eno Arts Mill Studios (“Studios”): That certain area within Suite 17 of the Eno River Mill Complex located at <br />e.Term: <br />f.Commencement Date: <br />g.Effective Date: <br />h.Monthly Fees: <br />i.Deposit: <br />j.Exhibits: <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br />The term of this Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and <br />expires, if not sooner terminated, at noon on the one year anniversary of the <br />Commencement Date, subject to extension for successive one-year periods <br />(each, an “Extension Period”) as set forth in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement. <br />The date on which the Premises is available to be accessed by Licensee, which <br />date is September 1, 2022. <br />August 23, 2022 the date of this Agreement. <br />The fees payable during the Term of the Agreement is the fixed sum of <br />$8,400, payable in monthly installments of $700. <br />The sum of $700, to be held and used in accordance with Paragraph <br />6 hereof. <br />The exhibits listed below are incorporated into and form a part of this <br />Agreement: <br />Exhibit A: Premises <br />Exhibit B: Rules and Regulations <br />Exhibit C: Environmental Requirements <br />Exhibit D: Eno Arts Mill Studios Commission and Fee Structure <br />Exhibit E: Tenant Agreement <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 42EDFF9C-CA17-466B-8041-CE5C7D9C39F3
