Ordinance to Board of County Commissioners 15 <br />January 26, 2004 <br />V-D-6-f Certificate of Notary Public <br />All certificates and endorsement signatures on the Final Plat, <br />except those of the County Manager, Planning Board Chair, <br />Planning Director and Environmental Health Officer-shall-be <br />notarized by the statement of a Notary Public entered on the <br />Final Plat. The Notary Public statement shall be shown in <br />substantially the following form: <br />"North Carolina County <br />I, a Notary Public of the County and State aforesaid, certify <br />that personally appeared before me this day <br />and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing certificate. <br />Witness my hand and seal this day of <br />19 <br />"Seal or Stamp Notary Public <br />My Commission expires <br />desuaAent to be reseeded-sen with the F=iRaW4at-. <br />The_Deed Deekand-Page refer ence of the 9GYMeRtS shall <br />be-noted-6R the FiRal Plat. <br />V-D-7 Certificate of ImRroyements <br />(1) If the required improvements are completed prior to the <br />submission of the Final Plat, then one of the following <br />certificates shall be eeserded shown on the plat and <br />followed by the County Manager's signature: <br />"The County Manager hereby certifies that all <br />improvements required by the Orange County <br />Subdivision Regulations have been installed as <br />specified by the approved Preliminary Plat for <br />Subdivision and that said improvements <br />comply with Orange County specifications." <br />County Manager: Date:
