Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary <br />Conditions and Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to this Section. <br />1.2 SUMMARY <br />A. This Section includes wood flooring repair, replacement as required. <br />B. For flooring cleaning and refinishing follow NFWA standards manual for "Maintenance and <br />Recoating of Hardwood Floors", latest edition. See specifically NFWA standards for removing <br />grease. <br />C. Related Sections include the following: <br /> <br />1. Division 07 Sections for waterproofing membranes. <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Product Data: For each type of product indicated. <br />B. Shop Drawings: Show installation details including location and layout of each type of wood <br />flooring and accessory. <br />C. Samples for Initial Selection: submit samples for matching for color, grain, species, for wood <br />flooring. <br />D. Samples for Verification: For each type of wood flooring and accessory, with stain color and <br />finish required, approximately 30 inches wide X 30 inches long panel and of same thickness and <br />material indicated for the Work and showing the full range of normal color and texture <br />variations expected. <br />1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Manufacturer Qualifications: A qualified manufacturer that is certified for chain of custody by <br />an FSC-accredited certification body. <br />B.
