Clean adjacent surfaces soiled by door hardware installation. <br />B. Clean operating items as necessary to restore proper function and finish. <br />C. Provide final protection and maintain conditions that ensure that door hardware is without damage or <br />deterioration at time of Substantial Completion. <br />3.7 DEMONSTRATION <br />A. Engage a factory-authorized service representative to train Owner's maintenance personnel to adjust, <br />operate, and maintain door hardware and door hardware finishes.
