In the coming years we expect to see <br /> positive results in developing the total child. <br /> School Siting Matters <br /> The Board has established December 31, 2002 as the deadline for <br /> identifying a site for our new middle school.'As you are aware, we have <br /> limitations for siting our schools because of the costs of providing water <br /> and sewer. For that reason we have continued to look at locating a new <br /> school in the Pathways Elementary School area, and I have had <br /> discussions with Craig Benedict about water issues in the Efland area as it <br /> relates to school sites. We feel the Efland area would be an excellent <br /> location for a new middle school as well.
