COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM <br /> After analysis of options through the CLUPC, staff will begin the community outreach <br /> program. Input from Orange County residents is an important component of the <br /> comprehensive planning process. Stanback <br /> Middle School; <br /> May 13-16 Public Bingham Township: Buckhorn Community Center <br /> Mid May Committee Food Lab; Battle Courtroom; Southern Human <br /> Services Center <br /> May 20-23 Public Cheeks Township: Efland-cheeks Community <br /> Center <br /> June 10-13 Public Cedar Grove Township: Ruritan Club; Methodist <br /> Church; <br /> June 24-27 Public Hillsborough Township: Food Lab; Battle <br /> Courtroom <br /> Beginning of July Committee Food Lab; Battle Courtroom; Southern Human <br /> Services Center <br /> III. DECISIONS <br /> At this time we need you to make the following decisions: <br /> 1. Authorize the creation of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Committee; <br /> 2. Determine whether the Board or the individual committees will appoint their <br /> representatives; and <br /> 3. Approve the general concept of the Community Outreach Program. <br />
