The proposed rezoning is: <br /> FROM: AR (Agricultural Residential), & NC-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) <br /> TO: NC-2 (Neighborhood Commercial), & LC-1 (Local Commercial) <br /> BACKGROUND: The basic facts concerning this application (Attachment 1) are as follows: <br /> Applicant: Glandon Forest Equity, LLC. <br /> 3825 Barrett Dr., Suite 100 <br /> Raleigh, N.C. 27609 <br /> Parcel Information: A. Parcel and Size: PIN 9749-40-2351. An approximately 4.83 acre <br /> parcel; <br /> B. Township: Bingham; <br /> C. Current Zoning: Neighborhood Commercial (NC-2), & <br /> Agricultural Residential (AR); Haw River Unprotected Watershed <br /> Overlay District. District; (note: the existing NC-2 zone is not <br /> proposed for rezoning, the NC-2 zone is proposed to be <br /> expanded). <br /> D.
