(C) Consistency Between Ordinance and Orange County Erosion Control280 Standards Nothing in this Section shall be construed to allow approval of a--ph-+Rgn LDP which is inconsistent with the mandatory standards set forth in Section 6.15.7(B) of this Ordinance or any other provision of this Ordinance. 6.15.4 Exclusions The regulations established within this Section shall not apply to the following land---disturbing activities: (A) Agriculture Activities, including the production and activities relating or incidental to the production of crops, grains, fruits, vegetables, ornamental and flowering plants, dairy, livestock, poultry, and all other forms of agriculture281 undertaken on agricultural land for the production of plants and animals useful to man, including, but not limited to: (1) Forages and sod crops, grains and feed crops, tobacco, cotton and peanuts,; (2) Dairy animals and dairy products; (3) Poultry and poultry products; (4) Livestock, including beef cattle, llamas, sheep, swine, horses, ponies, mules or goats, including the breeding and grazing of any or all such animals; (5) Bees and apiary products,;a-Rd (6) Fur producing animals, and (6)(7) Mulch, ornamental plants, and other horticultural products.
