' lea revised agreemeRt <br /> OMA with the Orange County Register of Deeds_ the Er^cO^^ Gp_.Itlr i Off;p-er, and the <br /> The revised OMA shall be submitted to the Erosion Control Officer for <br /> review and approval prior to recordation by the owning entity.262 <br /> 6.14.116.14.12 Stormwater Discharges <br /> (A) Applicability <br /> The regulations contained herein shall be applicable to all new development and existing <br /> projects within t#_-0range263 County's planning jurisdiction. <br /> (B) In General <br /> (1) Orange County herein establishes methods for controlling the introduction of <br /> pollutants into the stormwater collection system or receiving waters. <br /> (2) No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into the stormwater <br /> collection system or receiving waters any materials, including but not limited to <br /> pollutants or waters containing any pollutants that cause or contribute to a <br /> violation of applicable water quality standards, other than stormwater. <br /> (3) Orange County Planning and Inspections shall collect information related to <br /> stormwater discharges from all applicable sources within its jurisdiction. <br /> (C) Allowable Discharges <br /> The commencement, conduct, or continuance of any illegal discharge to the stormwater <br /> collection system or receiving waters is prohibited. However, the following discharges are <br /> exempt from discharge prohibitions established by this Ordinance provided that they do <br /> not significantly impact water quality: <br /> (1) Waterline flushing, <br /> (2) Landscape irrigation, <br /> (3) Diverted stream flows, <br /> (4) Uncontaminated rising groundwater, <br /> (5) Uncontaminated groundwater infiltration to the stormwater collection system, <br /> (6) Uncontaminated pumped groundwater, <br /> (7) Discharges from potable water sources, <br /> (8) Foundation drains, <br /> 211 Clarification of requirements—this sub-section had been erroneously titled. <br /> 2"Edit(s) based on Legal Sufficiency Review comments, deleted "due to proposed changes to the SCM". <br /> 261 Edit(s) based on Legal Sufficiency Review comments. <br /> 262 Clarification of requirements. <br /> 263 Consistent reference to"Orange County". <br /> Orange County, North Carolina—Unified Development Ordinance Page 6-112 <br />
