Article 6: Development Standards 117 <br /> Section 6.14: Stormwater Management <br /> (g) Every eRgiReered 207SCM installed pursuant to this Ordinance shall be <br /> made accessible for adequate maintenance and repair by an SCM208 <br /> maintenance easement. The SCM maintenance209 easement shall be <br /> recorded at the Orange County Register of DeedS210 and its-the211 terms <br /> shall specify who make use of the SCM maintenance212 easement and <br /> for what purposes. <br /> (h) The owner of each engineered 213SCM shall keep records of SCM214 <br /> inspections, maintenanceS215, and repairs and shall submit the same <br /> upon reasonable request to the Erosion Control Officer. <br /> (2) SCM216 Operation and Maintenance Plan OMP 217 <br /> (a) 218An SCM Operation and Maintenance Plan (OMP)eperatien and <br /> maintenance plan or maRua4 shall be provided by the d^vr_owning <br /> entity219 as an attachment to the OMA for each SCM in accordance with <br /> Section 6.14.10 (B) (1)of this Ordinance.
