Sales tax will be billed at the time of invoicing. <br />3.All work conducted during normal working hours, M-F 8am to 5pm. Among other factors, Siemens' delivery is subject <br />to the correct and punctual supply from sub-suppliers or subcontractors, and Siemens reserves the right to <br />make partial deliveries or modify its labor or services.
