(cont.) <br />CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY <br />Minimum Charge: Service involving travel to the customer site will incur a four-hour minimum labor charge. A <br />Trip charge of $105 will be included on each on site invoice. Service for on-line support will incur a two-hour <br />minimum labor charge and a $26 digital technology fee. Charges will start from the time of dispatch to the time <br />the worker returns to his or her original point of dispatch. <br />Material Pricing <br />A consumable fee of $34.00 will apply to any service call with installed or replaced material. <br />Automation <br />Material Rates:Standard Pricing: APOGEE – List x 0.6, Field Devices – List x 0.6. <br />Preferred Customer Pricing (Active Service Agreement): APOGEE – List x 0.4, Field Devices – List x 0.6. <br />Fire Life Safety <br />Material Rates: Customers with an active Service Agreement will benefit from a discount off the standard pricing <br />for Siemens Building Technologies products in the Life Safety Pricing Guide. Customers with a service agreement <br />will receive “Trade Net” pricing. Customers without a Service Agreement will pay “User Net” pricing. <br />Regular hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
