85 <br /> Section.8.6.Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable in a judicial <br /> proceeding,the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. <br /> Section.8.7. Assignment.Subrecipient may not assign or delegate any of its rights or duties that arise out of this <br /> Agreement without County's prior written consent.
