SUBAWARD AGREEMENT& EXECUTION <br /> The subaward agreement will be drafted by the applicable County department using the Subaward <br /> Agreement Template. Contract terms and conditions may vary based on several factors, including <br /> subrecipient risk assessment findings, as documented in the Subrecipient Assessment of Risk. After <br /> review by the Chief Financial Officer and County Attorney the County Manager may fully execute the <br /> subaward agreement, subject to any required budget amendments by the County's governing board, <br /> preaudit requirements, and any other specific Orange County requirements. <br /> 9 of 39 <br />
