Scope of Work <br />We propose to furnish and install an extension of the existing Siemens Building Automation System (BAS) in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications dated 1-14-2022. <br />Includes <br />General Conditions <br />•Labor to provide Siemens standard As-Built submittals / record documents, to include the following: <br />•System architecture (Siemens BACnet IP & MSTP) <br />•Network address schedule <br />•System flow diagrams <br />•Control installation / wiring diagrams <br />•Control & Component Panel layouts <br />•Equipment / Instrumentation datasheets <br />•Point database <br />•Programming <br />•Labor to provide installation and wiring, to include the following: <br />•BMS Control and interlock wiring <br />•BMS Communications cabling between control panels <br />•Devices being wired to existing control panel <br />•Installation of BMS instruments and devices <br />•Assistance with existing controls demo work <br />•Cabling in conduit <br />•Provision of Lift <br />•Labor to provide Siemens standard startup & checkout, to include the following: <br />•Point database <br />•Point-to-point <br />•Sequence of Operations verification <br />•Labor to provide Siemens project management, to include the following: <br />•Project meeting attendance <br />•Project documentation requirements <br />•Coordination with trades <br />•Subcontractor management <br />•Material ordering and delivery coordination <br />•Project turnover documentation support <br />•Pricing is based on a 40 hour work week <br />•1-year parts and labor warranty upon beneficial use of systems <br />BASE <br />•Siemens to provide all devices and programming to control the following equipment per the <br />sequences of operations (Expansion of existing controller): <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 9CAF3B65-A451-4BB1-9BEA-5B33EED7506D
