We propose to furnish an extension of the existing Siemens Building Automation System per the plans and <br />specifications dated 12/31/21 and Addendums 1 & 2 and the following scope. <br />2. System engineering, installation, start-up, check-out, and documentation per project requirements. <br />3. Provide graphics for all controlled equipment and floorplans on the existing BAS. <br />4. Electrical control and interlock wiring and labor of installation for HVAC controls. Installation and wiring to include <br />the following: <br />o All control wiring. Controls wiring to be plenum rated where concealed and accessible and in EMT where <br />exposed. <br />o Field mounting of all other control devices <br />o Field level communication for all integrated systems and controllers. <br />5. Siemens to provide all controllers, devices and programming to control the following equipment per the sequences <br />of operation: <br />o Building Automation System <br />§ Provide new software and hardware for extension of existing Siemens Desigo CC BAS. <br />§ Provide UPS on all supervisory panels. <br />§ Provide local operator workstation. <br />§ Energy Dashboard – Provide dashboard to show building energy usage graphs and information <br />from integrated metering including Solar PV system, ATS, Switch Gear, Generator, and other <br />meter info. <br /> <br />o (1) DOAS Rooftop Unit (DOAS-1) (20 hardwired points) (10 integration points) <br />§ Provide Siemens BACnet field panel to control and monitor DOAS RTU. <br />§ Provide BACnet integration to supply and return fan VFD’s. <br />§ Provide the following controls points: <br />• SF start/stop, SF status, RF start/stop, RF status, DX cooling output signal, hot gas reheat <br />output signal, modulating gas heat output signal, RA temp, RA humidity, SA temp, SA <br />humidity, OA damper control, space temp, space humidity (Assume 6 additional points <br />hardwired to RTU refrigeration and heating modules for alarms, safeties, etc.) <br /> <br />o (3) Split System Air Handling Units (IDU/CU-1, 2, 3) and Electric Duct Heaters (EDH-1, 2, 3) <br />§ Provide integration to field provided BACnet Thermostat for monitoring and control of unit <br />through BAS. Siemens RDY2000 w/ humidity monitoring <br /> <br />o (1) Ductless Split System (A/C-1) <br />§ Provide standalone control of unit through factory furnished 7-day programable thermostat. <br />Provide space temp sensor for monitoring through BAS. <br /> <br />o (2) Apparatus Bay Fans (F-1, 2) <br />§ BAS control and monitoring of fans, rollup doors, and BACnet integration to CO/NO2 gas <br />detection systems to allow for additional local alarming, graphics display, and remote alarming to <br />facilities teams. <br /> <br />o (2) Laundry/Storage Fans (F-3, 4) <br />§ Wall mounted on/off switch <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: FE7B6577-D8C8-4F5E-A6E1-82EE5E4625B7
