Approval of the April 28, 2021 Agenda <br /> Motion was made by Alison Stuebe to approve the agenda, seconded by Bruce Baldwin <br /> and carried without dissent. <br /> IV. Action Items (Consent) <br /> A. Minutes of March 24, 2021 Meeting <br /> Motion was made by Lee Pickett to approve the minutes of March 2021 with an edit, <br /> seconded by Brian Crandell and carried without dissent. <br /> V. Educational Sessions <br /> A. Criminal Justice Resource Department (CJRD) Diversion Program <br /> Caitlin Fenhagen, Criminal Justice Resource Department Director, provided information about <br /> CJRD, a department that oversees and supports jail alternatives programming in Orange <br /> County.
