During that same period, Durham County has added 881 <br />and Orange 262 cases. <br />Dr. Mandy Cohen, secretary of the NC DHHS, said during a briefing Nov. 5, 2020, if you are planning on a <br />gathering over the holidays, these are steps you can take during the coronavirus pandemic to do it as safely as <br />possible.
