Dental Health Patient Satisfaction Surveys <br />•Spanish Paper Survey Results: Aug 2019 <br />–95% satisfied with overall experience <br />–100% agreed front desk staff and dentists were courteous and responsive to needs <br />–100% agreed dental assistants or hygienists were courteous and responsive to needs <br />–95% satisfied with interpretation services <br />–Mostly positive open-ended survey responses, such as “Great care” and “their kindness.” <br />–Two needs improvement comments: <br />•“Having more available appointments for when someone needs them. <br />•“I understand that the assistants do their job. Just a small observation: Some of them should be a little patient with children, and try making them feel safe and not afraid. I hope it does not bother you. Thanks for everything- .” <br />
