Summit Design and Engineering Services 20 <br />“As superintendent for Bordeaux Construction, CMAR on the OCNC project, this <br />project included substantial site development and 3 different structures. I wanted to <br />thank Summit for providing this project with a very experienced and capable field <br />technician –Josh McBride, as well as Summit’s overall expertise. During what was a <br />very wet and difficult year for construction, Josh ensured that the site fill and grading <br />was done properly, and particularly ensured that the site development –roadways <br />and building pads were properly developed. Additionally, as construction proceeded <br />from footings to slab prep and slab pours, he carefully monitored and tested <br />subgrades, rebar placement and concrete delivery ensuring that the correct design <br />mix was used and concrete delivered met the specifications for placement. The end <br />result is that we can be confident that we are delivering to the owner a high quality <br />product that we can all take pride in.
