Construction primarily consisted of: utility installation and re- <br />location, earthwork grading, typical shallow foundations, reinforced <br />concrete, grade slabs and elevated slabs, masonry construction, structural <br />steel framing, paving and hardscapes. The contractor will receive notice to <br />proceed in September 2019 with Summit’s services beginning soon <br />thereafter.
