The project will also <br />consist of large parking areas, stormwater control measures and <br />hardscapes. This building is located at 5833 East Independence Blvd. in <br />Charlotte. Construction primarily consisted of: utility installation and re- <br />location, earthwork grading, typical shallow foundations, reinforced <br />concrete, grade slabs and elevated slabs, masonry construction, structural <br />steel framing, paving and hardscapes. The contractor will receive notice to <br />proceed in September 2019 with Summit’s services beginning soon <br />thereafter.
