The project <br />consisted of a new 17,247 SF environment and agricultural center, a new <br />8,692 SF parks operations base, and a new 55,000 SF 2-story detention <br />facility. This new fire station <br />is located at 421 Clanton Road in Charlotte. The facility will include <br />construction of a new 3-bay fire station with offices, exercise room, kitchen, <br />living quarters, sleeping quarters, toilet and shower facilities, and enclosed <br />apparatus bay for emergency vehicle parking.
