These samples were prepared <br />and analyzed according to EPA PLM Method (EPA 600/R-93/116 Section 2.2). The required analytical information, analysis <br />results, analyst signature and laboratory identification are contained in the PLM Bulk Asbestos Report. If TEM analysis was <br />requested for selected samples the gravimetric reduction data (by Sec 2.3) and TEM Asbestos % (by Sec 2.5) are included in <br />Table 1 along with a summary of Asbestos % by PLM for all samples analyzed. <br />This report relates ONLY to the sample analysis expressed as % asbestos. AmeriSci assumes no responsibility for customer <br />supplied data such as “sample type”, "location", or “area sampled”. This report must not be used to claim product endorsement <br />by AmeriSci, NVLAP or any agency of the U. S. Government.
