Remove waste and surplus materials, rubbish, and construction facilities from the Project and from <br />the site. <br /> <br />1.03 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />A. Keep a record document set on site stored for protection from construction activity. <br /> <br />B. Keep record documents current; do not permanently conceal any changed work until required <br />information has been recorded. <br /> <br />C. At Contract close-out, submit record documents (as-built drawings) as indicated in Section 013300 <br />with transmittal letter containing date, Project title, Contractor's name and address, list of documents, <br />and signature of Contractor. Record drawings with handwritten red-line mark-ups are acceptable for <br />submittal to fulfill this requirement. <br /> <br />1.04 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA <br /> <br />A. Provide data for roof systems and other installed equipment in accordance with Section 013300. <br /> <br />1.05 WARRANTIES AND BONDS <br /> <br />A.
