Remove evidence of use <br />and leave area and entire limits of site clean upon completion of the project. Restore areas damaged <br />by stored materials to original condition. <br /> <br />B. Contractor shall load materials onto the roof when areas below loading area are unoccupied by <br />building occupants unless otherwise coordinated with the Owner. It is the responsibility of the <br />Contractor to space materials stored on roof such that they do not overload the existing roof deck <br />and structure. Storage of materials on the roof surface shall be limited to those expected to be <br />installed within 5-7 work days unless discussed with and agreed upon by the Owner and Designer. <br /> <br />C. Contractor shall not stockpile removed materials on site. <br /> <br />D. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling delivery of materials to the site to allow for continued <br />work and taking into consideration the size and location of storage area. Contractor shall obtain <br />and pay for use of additional storage or work areas if needed for operations under this Contract. <br /> <br />E.
