Prepare, supply, and install products associated with estimated quantity work in accordance with the <br />technical specification sections in which they are specified. <br /> <br />3.02 DOCUMENTATION OF ESTIMATED QUANTITY WORK <br /> <br />A. A representative of the Owner and/or Designer should be made aware when work items performed as <br />a part of the estimated quantity work are anticipated, unless otherwise agreed upon during the pre- <br />construction meeting. <br /> <br />B. Documenting and tracking of actual estimated quantity work performed is the responsibility of the <br />Contractor is important to allow for comparison with estimated quantities during work progress and a <br />proper reconciliation of contract work at project acceptance. The Designer/Owner may deny payment <br />for work performed by the Contractor if adequate documentation of work performed cannot be <br />provided.
