This space has been dependent on <br />incandescent lightbulb and other historic ways of lighting a space. <br />With the new building, TAC has the opportunity to migrate from <br />the incandescent light bulb to LED lighting. According to <br />climategroup.org, LED lighting achieves energy savings of 50-70% <br />compared to old technologies.
