TAC established a
Community Engagement Committee of the Board of Directors to lead
that effort.

Please list any data sources used and show the steps of any
calculations: Worldpopulationreview.com,
https://www.publicschoolreview.com/
https://theartscenter.formstack.com/forms/artscamp_2021_scholar
ship https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AAIScholarship
15. Please describe any ways
in which low-income or
marginalized
communities/households
were engaged in the
creation of this project
proposal:
The ArtsCenter intentionally began the conversation with the Orange
County community in the early stages of this project. In 2020, TAC
hosted three Community Input Sessions, including one with six leaders
from Lincoln Park, the neighborhood that borders the new site. Through
these meetings, TAC began to build trust and discussed how they can
partner to make the new ArtsCenter a welcoming space for their new
neighbors, both physically and through intentional programming.
Following these sessions, TAC’s Community Engagement Committee has
stayed in touch with the neighbors and have invited leaders in these
communities to speak at the committee’s monthly meetings. On July 21,
2021, TAC invited the youth in the camp programs to participate in a
focus group. TACs seek their input as they plan their space and new
programming.
DocuSign Envelope ID: FC54AC26-7897-4270-8EA1-D754CD59EA76
