Smart, motorized shades can <br />help control the solar gain and heat loss a building experiences <br />naturally throughout the day simply by opening and closing at pre- <br />programmed times. With the addition of smart technology, the <br />blinds can actually learn when they need to open and close based <br />on temperature and sun light, maximizing the energy efficiency of <br />the HVAC system and consequently reducing the carbon footprint <br />of the building. <br /> <br />As The ArtsCenter is the largest non-profit arts organization in <br />Orange County, serving both artists and residents, with a mission <br />to educate and inspire artistic creativity and to enrich the lives of <br />people of all ages, the entire population of Orange County will <br />benefit from this project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />8.
