The vision of The <br />ArtsCenter is to create an educational environment that provides <br />opportunities, inspiration and tools to people of all ages and skill <br />levels to participate in the arts. <br />3. Coulter Jewell Thames <br />have been hired as the engineers. They have 30 years of <br />experience working in Carrboro. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4. With the <br />pandemic, the staff <br />shrunk, and all <br />current staff are <br />being paid a living <br />wage. As operations <br />return to normal, and <br />new staff is hired, the <br />hope is to offer all <br />new employees living <br />wages. <br />5. Schedule of Positions: <br />a.
