Construction <br />should begin this summer and wrap up in the first quarter of 2023. The installation of the bike racks, EV <br />charging stations and E-Bike charging stations will not occur until October 2022 at the earliest. Therefore, it <br />is not necessary to have the funding prior to September of 2022. The ArtsCenter would like 80% of the <br />funding up front to cover the costs of purchase.
