TCG is responsible for all travel and expenses, which includes airfare, hotel, meals, mileage at current rate, gratuities, etc. <br />2. Client will duplicate materials. <br />3. Client will be invoiced (to be determined). All invoices are due 30 days after receipt. <br />4.
