To do that The Carden Group (TCG) <br />would design a leadership development program for Emergency Services Orange County NC by providing ideas and ways to develop <br />and improve the performance of their management team and their teams. TCG would focus on continuing to help develop the right <br />skills, habits, behaviors, attitudes and processes to ensure a strong working environment that leads to better outcomes for <br />Emergency Services Orange County NC.
