How will you measure the <br />success of that engagement or <br />educational effort? <br />The Town conducted a climate action survey in 2019 in order to <br />obtain information about backyard composting, gardening, <br />commuting, and food choices in Carrboro. The Town plans to re- <br />administer the survey biennially in order to continue to collect <br />information about composting rates. In addition, the Town is <br />discussing including one or more questions about composting <br />and its benefits in its Biennial Community Survey. <br />37.
