Orange County Solid Waste Management also <br />operates two outdoor composting demonstration sites throughout <br />the County where residents can learn about outdoor composting. <br />If funding is received from the Orange County Climate Action <br />Grant, the Town of Carrboro will be managing the grant project to <br />meet proposed budgets and timetables. <br />d.
