2 <br /> Chatham (OPC) Mental Health was unable to use $71,667 of that allocation (funding <br /> became available mid-year and prohibited full implementation). This year during funding <br /> deliberations, the OCJP redirected some of those funds and proposes to contract with OPC <br /> for$25,000. <br /> C. McCauley Family Learning Center—A newly funded agency, this contract provides <br /> offenders with Self-Esteem Building Services as part of the Orange-Chatham community- <br /> based corrections plan. Three-day and five-day workshops for the client and his/her family <br /> members will be held as a condition of the offender's probation. The contract totals <br /> $30,682. <br /> D. In addition to these service contracts, $14,025 of the CJPP grant has been identified for <br /> administration, which includes supporting the county position of Criminal Justice Program <br /> Coordinator and administrative responsibilities of the OCJP.
