She started with <br /> goal 4. She said that goal four is about cultivating supportive partnerships among families, <br /> schools, and community stakeholders to support students' well-being and academic growth. <br /> She said the focus of goal 3 is to recruit, hire, support, and retain culturally proficient and high- <br /> quality staff committed to providing all students with an excellent education in a welcoming <br /> environment. She said the focus of goal 2 is for the district to provide exemplary operational <br /> support to schools, staff, and the community to ensure a focus on student learning. She said <br /> that goal 1 is the whole purpose for goals 2, 3, and 4—teaching tomorrow's leaders. <br />
