Tego Statement of Work <br />●Provide all hardware and/or software and licensing required to perform the Services, including <br />ensuring that all wiring, hardware, and software required to perform the Services are in working <br />order. <br />●Assign a technical point of contact for Tego during performance of the Services. <br />7.LOCATION <br />This work is intended to be completed at customer address and/or remotely, if applicable. <br />8.SCHEDULING <br />Scheduling for the Services and Deliverables will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both <br />Parties after the signed Statement of Work is received. <br />9.ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE <br />Acceptance occurs upon completion of the Services and delivery of any documentation or reports. <br />Tego Data will invoice Customer for Services at project initiation, but no later than ten (10) business <br />days after delivering the final Deliverables to Customer. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />The project is considered complete when either: <br />●The Tego tasks described in this Statement of Work have been fulfilled, including delivery of the <br />materials described in Section 2 “Deliverables”. <br />●Customer or Tego terminates the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this <br />Statement of Work. <br />10.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />This Statement of Work is subject to the terms and conditions at tegodata.com/standard-services-agreement <br />Orange County - Tego SOW 4587 7 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: BCF251C3-8462-4FD0-A8E0-6346EEFF29DA
