Tego Statement of Work <br />●Internal/External Vulnerability Scan <br />○Performing HIPAA compliance mandate scans for system <br />benchmarking <br />●Evidence Collection and review to determine status of HIPAA <br />Privacy and Security controls <br />Report Generation <br />●Generation of risk prioritized management plan and HIPAA <br />Compliance scan results for all health endpoints <br />●Summarize findings from Audit activities with Engagement CISA <br />Present Reports <br />●Delivery and review of reports with Health Department and IT staff <br />●Consultation on gap remediation activities being performed by <br />Health and IT staff <br />Project Closure <br />Changes <br />Any changes or additions to the Services or Deliverables set forth in this SOW require, prior to the <br />initiation of work effort being performed, a mutually executed Change Order describing the cost and <br />schedule impact. <br />Project Close <br />●Conduct a Project debrief with Customer with review of SOW and Deliverables <br />●Introduction to the Compliance Portal used for updating control gaps and access to real-time <br />reporting <br />●Review the Project Completion Form and obtain Customer’s signature, see Exhibit A <br />3.PRICING <br />Total Cost for Section 2 / Services: $6,500.00 plus applicable sales tax. Services will be invoiced with <br />NET30 terms at the time of repor t delivery. <br />4.ASSUMPTIONS <br />The project time estimates and associated fees quoted hereunder are based on the following <br />assumptions and responsibilities.
