Utilizing customer data <br />SAS will provide the deliverables below: <br /> SAS will provide the following Deliverables: <br />• A readiness session and project kickoff <br />• At least two (2) analytic iterations and feedback sessions, as mutually agreed upon between the <br />parties <br />• A final presentation containing results regarding child placement and permanency, along with <br />proposed next steps <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />• During pre-kickoff planning and preparation, the parties will identify and mutually agree upon the data <br />SAS will use, including reviewing and prioritizing potential factors and data sources. SAS will use the <br />agreed upon data as part of the kickoff activities. <br />o The parties agree that the provided data should be of sufficient quality to deliver results that <br />reflect business scenarios and should be provided as-is or with minimal cleansing efforts. <br />o Data may include multiple data tables with mutually agreed upon specifications and <br />requirements, including number of tables and field. <br />o Data will be provided to SAS as comma-separated value (CSV) file(s) or SAS datasets. <br />o Up to 3 years of historical actuals data is ideal for best results. <br />• SAS will prepare a SAS environment for use in support of the Sevices. Customer agrees that will not <br />send SAS personally identifiable information (PII) or regulated data. <br />• SAS will deliver results as a presentation and/or screen sharing. <br />• Customer will not have access to a SAS System or Software. <br />• Customer must use all the hours within sixteen weeks of contract signature. <br /> <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />• Customer will identify one or more individuals for each of the following roles who will be available <br />throughout the estimated eight (8) Services window: Stakeholder, Coordinator, Business Lead, Data <br />Steward. The roles are described in more detail below: <br />o Stakeholder is a corporate sponsor for this initiative and the ultimate decisionmaker for next <br />steps and success. <br />o Coordinator is the primary point of contact for SAS, this person helps to coordinate any <br />dependencies and ensure availability of key resources. <br />o Business Lead provides and explains key business drivers and expectations related to the <br />scope of Services. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: AE96C938-3D19-469D-9A50-E90907F3815F
