2 <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is applicable to <br /> this item: <br /> • GOAL: ENABLE FULL CIVIC PARTICIPATION <br /> Ensure that Orange County residents are able to engage government through voting and <br /> volunteering by eliminating disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts applicable to this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the removal of Scott <br /> Taylor as a member of the Board of Adjustment (BOA) for non-compliance with Section IV of the <br /> Board of Adjustment's Rules of Procedure. <br />
