Submission Requirements: <br /> Providers will be required to submit electronic copies of their bids to <br /> csandt -orangecountync.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2022. Orange County will <br /> not accept submittals for review that are received after the 5:00 p.m. deadline. It is the <br /> responsibility of the Provider to ensure that bids are received by the deadline date and time <br /> detailed herein. <br /> Critical updated information may be included in Addenda to this RFP. It is important that all <br /> Providers proposing on this RFP periodically check the State's IPS website and Orange <br /> County's website for any Addenda that may be issued prior to the bid opening date. All <br /> providers shall be deemed to have read and understood all information in this RFP and all <br /> Addenda thereto. <br /> 1. BID CONTENTS: <br /> a. One (1) completed and signed property-specific bid using the "Form of <br /> Property-Specific Bid' included in this RFP (Exhibit B) and one (1) property- <br /> specific redline drawing that includes a north arrow, a drawing scale, and a <br /> clear depiction of the proposed work with horizontal dimensioning and pipe <br /> material description(s). <br /> b. E-Verify: HB789 imposes E-Verify requirements on contractors who enter <br /> into certain contracts with state agencies and local governments.
