The registered septage hauler can be a sub-contractor. <br /> • Must have Master Plumber licensed/certified individual overseeing work at each <br /> property while work is being performed; <br /> • Must be available to meet at each private property location where proposed work is <br /> to be performed prior to commencing any work; <br /> • Must meet with property owner, Town and/or Orange County representatives to <br /> discuss proposed work prior to commencing any work; Must agree to date and time <br /> work will begin and when work will be completed; <br /> Page 7 of 9 <br />
