He said that a doctor's trip to Chapel Hill can be an all-day trip. He said that a lot <br /> of citizens need service. He said that his concern is getting those citizens access to <br /> transportation. He asked about the reverse circulator for the Hillsborough route and asked if <br /> that was still in discussion. <br />
