He said the alternative voting structure from the <br /> March 1st workshop identified a need to give Chapel Hill two votes because they are a primary <br /> transportation provider. He said that formal invites have been sent to the towns of Carrboro, <br /> Mebane, and Hillsborough to participate. He said that TJCOG and UNC would be at the table <br /> but as non-voting members. He said two of the three parties prefer an alternative voting <br /> structure.
