The Board asks its citizens to <br />conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time <br />should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public chca~ge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decor7cm fail to be restorers the <br />Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed <br />Items for Decision--Consent Agenda <br />8-a. ~111lniutes <br />The Board will consider corrections and/or approval of the minutes of the September 2, 2003 regular <br />meeting as submitted by the Clerk to the Board. <br />8-b. '~Aunointments <br />None <br />8-c. ~l~Iotor Vehicle Prouerty TaY ReleaselRefmids <br />The Board will consider adoption of a refund resolution related to 38 requests for motor vehicle property tax <br />releases or refunds in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes. <br />8-d. ~A~reement Renee}gal with School of Dentistry for Dental Director <br />The Board will consider renewing the agreement between the Health Department and the UNC Dental <br />School for the services of a Dental Director and authorize the Chair to sign pending county attorney review. <br />S-e. *Bud~et Amendment #7 <br />The Board will consider approving budget ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2003-04. <br />S-f. *Second Reading -Non-Emergency Private Ambulance Franchise Application <br />The Board will consider for second reading, the awarding of anon-exclusive franchise to provide non- <br />emergency ambulance transportation sei-~~ices to NEMTA, Incorporated of Chapel Hill, North Carolina <br />(NEMTA is the incorporated name of Non-Emergency Medical Transit Authority of the Carolinas, a new <br />corporation based in Chapel Hill). <br />
